Love the cameras record locally, have streams for 2 cameras processed by frigate. Yes, but home is honestly my alpha test before I move to testing at work. At work I have 187 UAP-AC-HD APs (we are testing a dozen U6-LR units), 84 L2 POE (US-24-250 and US-24-500 switches.) Support from ubiquiti is pretty minimal. They don’t have a conventional support model you pay out the nose for. They take the 4 pairs that normally allow for gigabit Ethernet and PoE and give each camera only two pair. Works great for 100mbit connections. You can't simply split an Ethernet signal to two devices; both devices need their own IP address to work with UniFi. You need a switch. That is a blatant lie.bznelson91. •. You're losing POE but that's about it. Worth the purchase if starting from scratch, less if just upgrading. No matter whether you get the UDM Pro or SE, get a switch (at least Pro series, Pro Max or Enterprise if planning to add WiFi 6E or 7 APs in the future).
